The Format

Two DJs. Two channels. One floor.

Visitors choose the music they hear. With every channel switch the floor dynamic changes. What appears silent from the outside is a full-energy event on the inside. That is what makes the format uniquely suited to sensitive environments such as shopping centres, museums and premium brand spaces.

FAQ

Frequent questions.

How much space is needed?
The format works from approx. 60 m². 100–300 m² with a clear sight line is ideal, so the floor dynamic is visible from the outside.
How loud is it really?
Outside the headphones you only hear quiet murmuring and the voices of participants. There are no noise emissions for neighbouring tenants, residents or sensitive areas.
How long does setup take?
Approx. 2 hours setup before the event, approx. 1 hour teardown after. The equipment fits in an estate car and runs from a standard power socket.
Which venues have hosted OFFSIDE so far?
Most recently: Alexa Berlin (March 2026). Further pilot locations in Berlin are in preparation. Details on the references page.
What does the format cost the venue?
Terms depend on scope, duration and location. Depending on the setup, the format can additionally be (co-)financed through marketing budgets, brand partners or co-funding models. Exact terms are discussed individually.
